Once you buy striped dress or sweater (top,whatever) you gonna wear it for ages. I must admit lately I've been obsessed beyond with stripes.
Summer loves stripes. Stop.
I've always had that beyond lovely dream, misslikey on vintage sailboat with awfully cute boy. Moi is wearing striped sweater on bikini and Ray bans. Ah misslikey and her dreams. Hm mm don't do that face ...we all know that dreams totally come true.
Navy stripes or pastel stripes? Doesn't matter. As long as you wear stripes. Stop.

Misslikey’s visionaire of the month

Nice piece of jewelry is every woman’s essential. When I first saw solid skin line I was charmed beyond with its sophistication and pureness.
I love to believe that behind every goodness is completeness and complexion. I‘ve found that legitimate when I heard the story behind solid skin and their two designers. Their opposites; a decadent woman in Fay and nature touch in Chaiwat make what solid skin is; perfect unity, harmony.

Fay is my facebook friend and I must say very interesting young lady. She is Parson’s child and she told me she chose Fashion design on Parsons for atmosphere and ability to give her creativity basis which is very universal.
But necessity for creation was happening in her head much more before that and for everything…even napkins in her house were amusing. Vision came into authenticity when she was doing internship as stylist and frustration- not to be able- to find pieces around the town for set. Isn’t lovely how things le grande in fashion or in arte always begin?! Isn't that the feeling world is missing something and than you start to create? That is fundamentality and uniqueness of every human being. Our mission. That is how Fay began to have aesthetic fetish for the solid pieces on human body.
It’s not strange duo work mostly in gold and silver. Though they are based in Thailand now, Fay says she still is missing Nyc; cause when she came there she thought; Yes, this is a place I belong.

We wrote about zipper skirts in November so let this be just a little reminder for my fashionistas before summer.
I find very interesting this double zipper high-waisted miniskirt from Sophomore spring collection.

I feel the same about the rest of collection; light summer dresses easy to wear for hot summer days, tank tops, soft buttoned cotton tees and those beyond lovely casual printed t-shirts for which Chrissie Miller & Sophomore become known for. Every day I am more in love with fine sportswear lines. I like to believe that basic items should take special place in every girl's closet. Never enough.

p.s who is big fan of sophomore t-shirts; Jessica Stam; don’t you sometimes just want to take off tee from that girl?!
p.i.s.s. For very happy nonchalant look use soft light washed fabrics and pastel colors. Still no matter how happy clothes can make you look like you’ll never look beyond if you aren't happy and satisfied deep inside. In your heart. Lol what is happening with misslikey?! Lingerie out of your bedroom

Every day we consciously or unconsciously are sharing our intimacy with thousands of people via networks. Is it strange then that as well our lingerie items come out of our bedrooms?! Silky shorts, silky skirts, very fragile look through items; but not made for bed. This year on runaway PiJi (pajama) items are very silky and soft and commonly in harmony with nude blazers. Are you likey or no likey with this? I am. For last few years I’ve been very fan of wearing PiJi stuff in summer. It is not that I will go out in night gown with teddy bear pattern but if it is white or nude why not? One more thing on list that my mum can’t and will not ever understand.

Spring trench coat...metallic?

Trench coat is one of our favorite spring key items. Except it protects ours outfits when its rainy outside, for ages in movies very fabulous girls very wrapped in it while very dramatically kissing handsome boys. Often story involved beige Burberry but seems that we are growing in fashion sense every season. I absolute disagree you should throw away your beige trench coat. No no, let it always remains safe solution when in hurry-case or very five-to ten chic lunch or dinner invitation.
If you are ready to experiment this season allow your trench coat to develop a bit.
This spring metallic round up on runaways influenced many designers so metallic, wet look is claimed as trend this spring. Even Burberry is metallic this year!!

When it comes to metallic trenchs I’m so into rock versions. My suggestion is to make it look like you are having fun, cause too serious or with too many details you risk to look very science fiction .Or what I love is simple black look…little dress and very baggy shoulder bag. On rock version I suggest rather ballerina flops. And when it’s classic feel free to add some killer heels. Good is to invest in nude metallic trench coat cause when it gets little warmer will look good on ripped shorts, skirts and cool tees, or just on simple white dress. Very fresh for spring. Those observations inspirated me for this polyvore set

p.s.Classic girls; If you are not about to experiment with metal try something pastel; I suggest baby blue, mint(which my friend T suggest as the color), nude rose or pastel yellow.
I own mint vintage trench coat till I don’t get metallic one. Please don’t ask me how I got it. Don’t worry, I am not a stealer but it’s my little secret.
