Ain't got no...

Can you imagine one day you wake up and you lose your home? What would you do?
Would you live on the street or would you find some abandoned house for shelter?
Can you imagine how would it feel to be without your friends, family or warm bed.

That was idea behind this amateur photo shooting and lovely Petra perfectly fitted in a role of a lady that doesn't have nothing but has herself..Just as the song says.

Model: Petra
Photos: Tijana Mihailovich
Styling: Nina Blace (me)
Photo editing: Vice Rossini
Song: Ain't got no..I got by Nina Simone

I cannot imagine how it would feel but I definitely do not want to find out.

Thought-provoking question.

Oh, you did such a wonderful job with the styling! I love the idea behind this shoot and the contrast between her glamorous looks and the abandoned surroundings.

oh wow, they look great!
cool idea to base an editorial on, my graphic designer boyfriend is involved in a project about poverty &social injustice and he produced a poster about homelessness so its interesting to see it in a 'fashion' perspective! x

Love the pics - you did a great job on the styling! Hmm.. I have no idea what I would do. Cry beacause all my shoes are missing? Haha no. but seriously, I think I would probably be in shock if something like that just "happened"!

such a simple setting can be so stylish. we always take photos with wrecks too. guess that was the only good thing we can shoot our editorials with. a great inspiration though.
